    Jim Jacobsen is the founding partner at Industry Partners, where he leads and oversees the company’s landlord and tenant services, as well as the company’s operating partner functions in conjunction with institutional investors and pension funds. Since starting the firm in 2011, Industry Partners has risen to become a top performing company, highly specialized in the development and leasing of quality creative office space in Los Angeles. Jim is an early adopter and advocate of sustainable development and adaptive reuse, and has played a leading role in the sale and repurposing of millions of square feet of classic industrial and warehouse buildings. As a result of his client-focused commitment, he has maintained long-term relationships with companies such as The Lionstone Group, J.J. Abrams, Jerry Bruckheimer, POP Sound, Imagines Films and The Mill. Jim received his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of LACRA, the Santa Monica Conservancy, City of Hope, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Hammer Museum and Oceana North America.

    Jim received his BA from the University of California at Los Angeles and lives in the Brentwood neighborhood with his wife Dana and their son.

Previously, he was vice president of Lee& Associates/West Los Angeles. One of Lee & Associates top-ranked producers, he was responsible for closing over a million square feet of creative office space transactions in West Los Angeles for media and tech clients, as well as retail. Scott offers extensive office and creative space experience, in addition to expertise in the areas of development, design and space planning.
    Scott graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance. Scott currently lives in the Pacific Palisades and has two children.

    Andrew Jennison is a partner with Industry Partners and has been with the firm since its inception in 2010. During his 19-year career in Los Angeles, Andrew has leased and sold over $4B in transactions encompassing over 6.5M SF of office, industrial and retail space. His approach is simple: Partner with Tenants and Property Owners to ensure they make sound real estate decisions that will enhance value to their respective businesses and real estate investments.

    Born and raised in Los Angels, Andrew’s relationships in the business community have been a catalyst to his success. Andrew strives to employ a creative and thoughtful approach to the real estate transaction process and always will put the clients best interests first. Prior to forming Industry Partners, Andrew was a Senior Executive with Madison Partners and Colliers International. Andrew received a BA in International Relations with an emphasis in Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Southern California. Locally, he is dedicated to supporting the Hydrocephalus Association.

    Andrew, his wife Julie and their three children, Ava, Tate and Gage reside in Pacific Palisades, California.

He has completed over $2 billion in transactions in his 15+ year career and enjoyed working with some of the brightest innovators in fashion, entertainment, media and design. A Los Angeles native, University of Southern California alumnus and continual student of the city’s unique history and emerging trends, he has an intimate knowledge of his township and is personally invested in its future. Carle resides in Los Feliz with his wife, son & dog.

    Nicolas Zuniga is an Urban Planner / Market & Development at Industry Partners. Before joining Industry Partners, Nicolas was a Project Coordinator in multifamily development projects at LENA Group, Inc. where he overview design and specifications of nearly 400 residential units. Nicolas also contributed to multiple research projects with LA’s City Planning Department, and UCLA’s Center for Mexican Studies, Labor Center, and Asian American Studies Center. While at the City Planning Department he conducted a study to track air rights transactions in Downtown Los Angeles and provide with recommendations for the future of the ordinance. He is eager to continue expanding his experience in market research and development in Los Angeles. Nicolas earned a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from UCLA in 2013, and holds a BA in architecture from the University of Monterrey, in Mexico.
