The Deal

Industry met Bandito Brothers principal Mike “Mouse” McCoy doing a deal in 2001 at Bergamot Station. They bonded over bow-truss buildings, WWII Quonset huts and patinated facades. A decade later, as the Blackwelder campus took shape, the relationship made enough of an impression for Industry to bring the Blackwelder opportunity to Bandito.

Insights

Bandito Brothers liked what they saw, but couldn't wait for the build out. Industry got creative and put them in a temporary space within Blackwelder. Then, one of Bandito's clients, the U.S. Army, set up an "army camp”-style barracks, complete with tents, inside the 20,000SF space.
