The Deal

Industry and Kastner & Partners began evaluating their real estate needs and alternatives on the Westside.  They occupied 16,000 SF of creative space on the corner of Pico and Main Street in Santa Monica for the previous ten years.  It was a great location and interesting space but weren't convinced it was right for them long term.  After exploring the options, Playa Vista quickly became the front runner.  

Insights

Being a cutting edge agency, Kastner & Partners wanted to maintain their edge, decided to move south to Playa Vista into a custom designed, build-to-suit, 1960s creative office conversion.  The unique space provided the perfect solution for their Kastner garage (an antique car showroom) requirements and a new custom, state of the art agency space.
